Riley's 1st Birthday Party!

Hello everyone!  I'm back from a little blogging hiatus!  I'm back with a really fun post from Riley's first birthday party.  This party was owl themed and Riley's Mom and Dad went all out with the decorations and food; owl cookies, owl place cards, gourmet deserts, a gorgeous cake smash setup, balloons, and all the delicious BBQ you could dream of.

They invited their close family and friends to celebrate their beautiful daughters first birthday and fun was had all around, especially by Riley's older brother Parker, who has gotten used to my camera through the years and loooooves having me chase him around to get fun photos of him.  Here are some of my favorites from Riley's first birthday party!

Chelli + Kurt > Southeastern Wisconsin Farmstead Engagement Photography

Last week I went to Wisconsin to spend some time with family and friends. They have had one of the worst Winters on record and Spring hasn't been that great either. I had an engagement session scheduled for Chelli & Kurt on one of my last days in town and I became increasingly worried that we would have a cold and rainy day for our time together. I'm not sure how... but on the day of our session, the clouds parted and we had the most beautiful day that Wisconsin has had so far this Spring! I woke up Sunday morning, sighed a huge sigh of relief, and met Chelli and Kurt that evening at the Megger's farm right outside of town. Chelli & Kurt are from my hometown of Beaver Dam and met in High School. I'll also be photographing this couple's wedding in December. Here's hoping that this Winter pales in comparison to last!

Chelli & Kurt are so at ease with each other and Chelli's smile and laughter are undeniably infectious. This combination made for an amazing engagement session with lots of genuine moments of joy and obvious mutual admiration and love for one another. Las Vegas Wedding Photographer - Wedding Albums

I just received Brent & Liz's wedding album today and it's so absolutely gorgeous that I needed to photograph it and put it up on my blog for the world to see! Most of my wedding collections include an album so I also want to post this to give my clients an idea of just how beautiful these albums really are and how well they showcase your wedding images.

This album is 10"x 10" and is 40 pages in length.  The cover has been upgraded to an acrylic* print and is absolutely stunning.  The spine and back cover are high grade black leather.  All of my albums are completely "lay-flat" which means a complete image can be displayed while the album is open, even across the middle with no image-loss.  The album comes in a linen box for safe storage.
